Nice to Meet You!

I’m Dr. Caitlyn Tivy, the mind behind C Tivy Consulting.

I'm a clinical consultant and fractional Chief Clinical Officer who helps women's and LGBTQ+ health companies build products that providers actually want to use and patients truly trust.

I help you bridge the gap between innovative technology and real-world healthcare by ensuring your product decisions are grounded in how healthcare and human bodies actually work.

My clients describe me as someone who guides conversations across disciplines while keeping the focus on what matters most: meeting the real needs of women, queer folks, and their providers.

Caitlyn has a rare ability to bridge worlds—bringing together marketers, developers and executives—and guiding conversations in a way that makes everyone feel heard while ensuring the end product serves its true purpose: meeting the needs of providers and patients. She has a sharp eye for detail and the ability to connect feedback from across disciplines into actionable ideas that elevate the entire product.

What sets me apart:

  • With 9 years of experience as healthcare provider and an ongoing clinical practice, I have an intimate understanding of provider workflows, regulatory realities, and patient care complexities.

I hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical School and post-graduate specialty training in female and pelvic health.

  • I spot innovation opportunities and help teams stay ahead of evolving trends in femtech, women's health, and LGBTQ+ health.

I’ve worked with teams building in every area of female and queer health: from gynecologic and sexual health to perimenopause pelvic wellness — I know who’s who and who’s building what.

  • I interface between clinical, technical, and business stakeholders so nothing gets lost in translation.

I’m fluent in Medicalese, and I also speak Tech and Startup: I can talk to administrators, engineers, and healthcare providers to help them find common ground.
